Brief Bio


Tommaso D’Orsi is an Assistant Professor in the department of Computing Sciences at Bocconi. He is part of the Theory group.

He is broadly interested in computer science, from both a theoretical and applied perspective. His research focuses on algorithm design, computational complexity, learning theory, and privacy.

He received his PhD from ETH Zurich, where David Steurer was his advisor. He then spent a year as a Research Fellow at Bocconi, hosted by Luca Trevisan. He is a frequent visitor of Google Research, where he spent part of his PhD and postdoc.
